Message	you're paypal account is an upgraded account. A normal account allows you to receive money from other paypal accounts. An upgraded account allows you to recieve money from credit cards in addition to paypal accounts. the draw back of this upgraded account status is that paypay takes a percentage of money from the transaction amount when someone pays you. Paypal does not take a percentage of any transaction when you have a normal account (but you can not accept credit cards). signing up for paypal costs nothing and upgrading your account is done after you have a regular account.
