Message	be possible then that the weight of several boxes on top of yours could have pressed the fan into the radiator. I'd talk to UPS and get them to look at the box - I'm curious to see if perhaps the inside of the box is smashed in that vicinity (we get a lot of freight claims at my work, where we ship nearly 15,000 packages a day).
