True on the dyno you won't much wind cooling the ICs. Most dynos have one fan blowing the center of the car. Unless you have FMIC, it doesn't do much. But remember, on the road, you still have to get up to speed to some wind blowing through. Unless it's cold out, the ICs are not already cooled before boost kicks in.
Also, dynos can not put the same engine load onto the car like running on the road does. And A/F ratio on the road will usually be about .5 higher on the road than on the dyno. That's why some cars can put down ton of power on the dyno but will never run that same power level on the track or street.
