| For those that don't know that happened go here. Well, ZEngineer drove me today to the impound lot where my car is being kept. It was the first time I had seen her since the accident. Boy was I not expecting this....I hadn't taken a very good look at it when it happened just cause I was so shook up about it. Before seeing it I had been playing with the idea of selling it as is..but there's no way anyone would buy it like that....so I decided I'm going to be parting her out. An ad will be posted soon in the classifieds for everything I managed to pull out by hand while I was there and the rest will be posted once I get the car back and can be removed properly. So please do not email me about any parts you might want yet...I got enough of those when it happened. One of the things I still can't believe is how the strut tower bar bent so much! Imagine the amount of force it took to arc that thing like a rainbow. I will most definetly need to cut the body to get the engine out now, seeing as how it's being squeezed in. My only fear is that the block might be cracked, but I don't think so from what I saw. I even shut the car off after the impact, it was still idling and everything...despite that both intercoolers had been violently ripped off. Here's the pics...brace yourself.
