Message	I do bodywork here in TX for some friends when I have time. You have a few spots that you are going to need to cut and weld possibly. But alot of that seemed to be plain surface rust. Nothing a good sand and primer wont fix instantly. I sat go for it, offer a little less than 1200, since it looks like the interior is pretty shot. The rust would not stop me from that car if you have the time and cash to bring it back. Owner of modded 91TT & riced out 90 N/A
