Message i.e., there are no further corrections made to the fuel deliivery (other than when the car is cold or overheating). It will produce the same A/F results each and every pull.

The program still has closed loop 'learning' control where it reads the stock O2 sensor to more accurately control A/F while idling/cruising, but that's at manifold pressures below 0psig.
