on how often you drive on the street. If its just occasional, then its ok. But I wouldn't drive on them everyday. You will burn them up quickly. The guys around here that race a lot use these on the stock TT rear rims (8.5" wide) and even drive 20-30 minutes to get to the track on them. They will last longer than the BFG drag radials and they don't cost that much more. (aproximately $20-30.00 more) The size you are looking for is 26-10.5-16. It is a perfect match for the oem rim. I wouldn't buy the tubes for them; its just extra weight and they are fairly stable by themselfs. Grip is definitely the best out of the 3 tires mentioned. Hope this helps.
