If the stock boost gauge is operational (i.e. - it moves from negative toward zero with throttle application) but it doesn't move into the positive range, or moves very little into the positive, then that's a sign that only one turbo is producing boost.Also, the fact that the car was already running isn't a good sign. If you like the car otherwise and you're willing to spend another $2000+ for new turbos, then I'd say go for it.
