| Pics are large for a reason. Figured someone would want some where you can see the details. Hopefully you guys don't kill the server they are on. I will move them to another one if that happens. Well after about 4 months of waiting on my manifolds I can finally start to get my TT back together. Had then shipped directly from Mike Smith to Swain and everything came back yesterday. Here are my PE1420 turbo housings. I smoothed them out internally with my air-tools as far as I could reach and gasket matched them as well. 
On to the manifolds. 
In this pic you can see where he welds onto the manifold so that he can open up the area more. Still a little rough so I may try to smooth it out a bit more.
 Time to get my damn TT finished already. It's been 18 months now since I first pulled the engine. I had to buy my NA last summer just to get me by (my Pathfinder just isn’t a fun summer car). Most of the time has been waiting on parts. JE messed up my pistons last summer so by the time the new set came around race season was here and my engine shop was booked. Then some problems with the first set of turbos I bought (not the PE1420's). Then I had some problems with the polishing work done on my plenum so I had to send that back. The manifolds took about 3-4 times longer than they were supposed to. Swain took 3 weeks. Lots of other stuff. It all started adding up. Hopefully I can get this beast running and broke in before the first snow hits here. Another summer with out the TT is already here and gone unfortunately.
