Message	His ECU programs are copyrighted, the copyright attached as soon as he created this original work. It is not necessary to register the copyright or to even put the copyright symbol on the work, it is still protected. Ash, you should send the suspected offender a cease and desist letter. If you can prove that he is copying your programs, take him to court. Unless you have put a copyright notice on the chips or other copies of the program, you will probably be limited to injuntive relief plust resonable royalties for the copies already sold. For future protection, put a copyright notice on all chips sold. This will make any copying and intential infringment and will entitle you to statutory penalties.
