| I looks like you're getting two subjective tickets instead of a calibrated, objective (radar gun printout) ticket. We're you careless...unfortunately the professional (police) says "yes" and you'd probably have to get eyewitnesses to say otherwise. Did you run/roll through a stoplight...pro says "yes" again and you'd probably have to provide witnesses again. I wonder, if you told the judge the whole story if you'd be any worse off? Especially if you do not KNOW how fast you were speeding (can't incriminate yourself if you do not know for sure) and if you did NOT run the redlight or weave through traffic (multiple lane changes or a lane change without signalling could be called "careless".
