Message going and then not even give you a speeding ticket. However, he may had decided to be a little easier on you so he only gave you those other tickets. You failed to mention if you actually ran a stoplight or not. You just said something about pleading not guilty, so i assume what the officer ticketted you for you didn't do. If you didn't do it, challenge it in court. Chances are he doesn't have any evidence to prove it unless that off duty officer testafies. My guessing is you did fail to stop because you were in too big of a hurry, and the off duty officer called up one of his friends. If that's the case, the off duty guy i dont think has the right to do that. The person who pulls you over is suppose to be the one who saw you do the violations.

Sorry bout the long reply, but if I were you and I knew i was innocent, I would challenge it myself without an attourney. Your innocent till proven guilty. No evidence, no prosecution. Later.
