between the turbo's and the throttle bodies. Putting them close to the throttle bodies does make them respond better, but the clearances are so tight inside the engine bay that they may not clear the stock fan (Im not sure). You may have to ditch the stock fan and go with electric fan(s) which are proven not to pull as much cfm as the stock fan. Im going to mount my HKS blowoff valves (same as are on Rob's car) on either side of the front mount intercooler (when I get one that is) before the intercooler. I believe it's better to vent the uncooled boost that has not already gone through the intercooler than it is to vent the boost that's already gone through the intercooler.
