Message	KaZ, From what i have gathered, taking it to court is like a "flip of the coin." BUT in your favor in certain CA areas. If the cop who gave you the ticket is there, he can ream you. If not, there is no case. Damn! what to do! Good Luck in your choice, Regards, Chuck
