Message	he built the new fenders (yes new custom built fenders from sheet metal) but kept the stock fenders on initially to make sure he kept the same lip/fender height and so on. Then once he was happy w/ the new fenders he went underneath and cut out the stock fenders and then created some inner wheel liners.
