Message	How long in advance should you request the information? And is it actually "Motion for Discovery"? I've got a court date on the 31st for minor speeding (68 in a 55, was actually doing 65, but came over a hill with cruise on) and then one on the 21st of Sept for failure to fbey a highway sign (stop sign). I was just going to try and get out of them by calling the local CommonWealth Attorney (what they are called in my State) and try to get him to agree to some kind of agreement where my insurance company doesn't have to find out... = ) Raised insurance sucks. I'd much rather pay the $100+ in fines, and go to a $50 traffic school than pay $500+ in raised insurnace! = ( Later, KaZ
