Message Body: this is up to your tastes. Most like stock.

Paint: Maaco paint jobs suck; that's why people don't like them. Take it from me, a person who has one. THEY SUCK. The previous owner 'got a good deal' on a Maaco paint job and now I'm living with the flakes and peeling clear coat. That being said, $1500 could probably get you a decent paint job; nothing spectacular, but definately better than Maaco.

Clutch: RPS Street Clutch is supposed to be nice, it's priced around ~$250. Search will lead to more on this topic.

Flywheel: I don't know enough about them, but if you're going to do it, do it when the clutch is replaced.

Underdrive pulley: Do it when you do the 120K maintainance (BTW, the 120K maintainance should be your first priority).

Exhaust: Again, this is personal taste. I have B&B and I love it.

ECU: Probably don't need it.

Headers: Waste of money.

Driveshaft: Why? Are you having issues with your's now? Please don't tell me you're trying to GT3 upgrades.

Suspension: In general, suspension mods will benefit a N/A more than 'power' mods. They will make the car more responsive and more fun to drive.

Interior: Do you need it? This is another issue of personal taste.

The main questions you have to ask yourself are a) do you want to keep this car forever (or at least a very long time) b) do you want to drop the same amount of money you paid for the car into these upgrades, and c) do you really need some of these things you've asked about.

Ultimately, it's up to you and you should do what makes you happy.
