| 1). There is no way that Mike's car had 1,300 miles on it. You were dragging feet for days after he was supposed to pick it up saying that an AN fitting was giving you grief and kept leaking. The AN fitting was a good cover story for 'replacing the motor b/c of knock'. The motor was fresh. Also, at least keep the story staight; earlier you had said that it was Mike who picked the car up, broke it in, and brought it back to dyno. That never happened. Mike picked the car up from you after the dyno. Small point, but one that does point out some of the inconsistencies here. 2). The only good that will come of this warranty discussion from this point will to have a real answer as to SGP and the motor warranty. You walk a very tight rope on this one: Asking people to believe they have a real warranty but at the same time coming up with a very elaborate story as to why the bearing issue in my car was not the fault of SGP. It would be fair to say though that this would have been the bottom line decision: The motor warranty was declined for the following reasons 1). Wrong motor oil 2). Spun the motor to 7,600 rpms 3). Improper dyno. B.
