EIP TUNING cannot be held liable for the improper use of after-market and performance parts. Most after-market and performance parts come with no warranty. Please check your local laws pertaining to any modification to your automobile. Titan Motorsports...Big Supra Tuner "As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Titan Motorsports holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products." Powerhouse Racing....Big Supra engine builder "All products sold or installed by Powerhouse, Inc. are intended for high performance, racing, and off-road use only. Due to the nature of such parts, the unusual stresses placed upon them, and the fact that we cannot control how they are installed or used, there is no warranty of any kind on any Powerhouse, Inc. (Powerhouse Racing) product. Powerhouse, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty, either expressed or implied, including all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Powerhouse, Inc. also disclaims any other obligation or liability as a result of products sold and/or installed or any service provided. No representations have been or will be made to the buyer regarding Powerhouse products, including, but not limited to, their quality or performance. Powerhouse, Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages caused by a defect or failure of parts manufactured, sold, and/or installed.
