Message "Now as for you. The aggressive way you have handled the whole situation and basically the way you have handled this matter has lead me to believe that you plan on suing us. Have you said "I am going to sue you"? ....NO. But you also have never said anything to the contrary."

I have not handled this aggressively at all to this point. Let's be clear on the difference between frustration and aggression. Frustration is me blowing off steam because of the poor results of the motor we purchased from you. Aggression is making things happen. Two completely different things and I am completely capable of both. Additionally, your mention of counter suing is in no way a deterent to me. I do very little in my life half way.

"Since you refused to take the warranty it doesn't matter what it says so the post above was not directed to you."

I did not refuse anything; I declined it. It goes right back to the reason we parted ways to begin with; the quality of the work. It distresses me also when you seem pleased that since the motor made it past one dyno pull (it had 7 actually) that everything was "A O.K.". I would be embarrased if I sold a motor that I did not EXPECT to make it a bit longer than that.

Many people purchase motors from you because they think they are getting a warranty that will mean something. These people would be much better off buying the parts themselves and having a local shop do the work. This way if there is a problem, the shop with cover the R&R, etc ($$$).

The next point would then be what kind of real warranty exists when having you install a motor? My guess is that you will say you have never had to warranty anything free of charge because it has always been someone else's fault. I am sure that out of the 100 motors you have sold, you could come up with someone who had a problem that you warranted hassle free. It would be good to hear from someone like that.
