Make sure the cars doing what it should first. Who did you motor rebuild? Since it was done a must be kinda new still, just do a little compression test to see where they stand. Your more than right, you should be landing higher numbers going by what you have. I think your doing just fine myself. As you pointed out, us stock guys are going balls to the wall with Max PSI on stock turbo's, race fuel, some more then advanced timing and landing around and little over the 400rwhp. The TQ is coming from a nice pressurized system quickly producing a surge of power from small yet efficient parts. With a quick climb and fast fall in the power band. You'll see it to if you take some of the same steps. I take it stock injectors still? So do the race gas, dial the 18 to 19psi ( max on injectors ) and see the difference. Adding 4 to 5psi with a race fuel can add a lot more power.
