the choice to get an hourly wage or to get paid by the job. So for the latter the faster you work the more jobs you get done in a day the more you make. They also take turns being "on call" which means you have to do any job after hours which you get paid double time for. I'm not sure how true $4K /week is but my friend who told me that just bought a brand new M3 and has his house paid off at the age of 24. I'm just happy to make something at this point.
