Message	Watch F&F and 99% of those cars are completely riced... I disagree with the statement "rice is slow cars trying to look fast" A fast car can be rice too. Loads of stickers, neon, big honkin' rims, horrible sounding exhaust, ANYTHING APC.... But there are varing degrees of rice. In my opinion you can have a little bit of these things and me ok.... It is similar to the gay gay and the flaming homosexual.. You can have a few stickers on your car, but when it starting hurting your performance from all the weight gain you are rice. You can have neon, but when you are mistaken for a low flying UFO... thats rice. There are ways of tastfully doing neon and stickers... the problem with most ppl, they think one or two is good, why not 300? A loud exhaust is good, why not just strap a rusted coffee can to my car? APC makes all this shit, why not put APC stickers all over my car? GT-R's are fast, maybe if ppl see a GTR sticker on my car they will think I am fast too.
