| 1). My extreme buildup from SGP included a motor, nothing more. In that respect, yes, I expected 100% problem free performance. 2). This warranty issue is also interesting. For our purposes, the warranty issue basically involves you taking the bottom end to the machine shop and having them fix it for free. Clearly, no skin off your back. If anything at all had to be done, the cost to SGP would be minimal. The main problem on this for me is that if the machine shop could not get it right the first time, I am disinclinded to give them a second opportunity; it gets too expensive. The real issue here is that since the machine shop on your end would essentially cost you nothing, instead of clamoring to get the motor back to your hands to fix it,you go to war saying that it isn't a machine shop error. 3). No one has ever said that my expectations for you were 100% perfection. I expect that from no one. We didn't even end up in the ball park. 4). It is all about behaviors; it is nothing personal. Paying for Williams damage because of how SGP packed it was the wrong thing to do. Swapping Mike's motor (with used parts) out with someone elses motor (with new parts), was the wrong thing to do. It is behaviors. 5). I expect that you will have your responses. I also expect that that with a set of well listed grievances and a display of how you handled each of them, your customers will have a view of the entire picture. Also, people forgive people their shortcomings. They have less tolerances for those who never admit to any. Specifics to follow at a later date. B.
