Message	I looked at those and the quality of construction is not the same (rivets instead of bolts, etc.). The Hellas are built lile little Sherman tanks (German allusion intentional). I've had cheap electric horns go out on me before. Not saying Harbor Freight's would, but I think horns should be a one-time install so I went for the higher end product. Perhaps I overpaid. Not if they last. Plus, the red looks cool on my car.
