Message provideds *NO* performance increase.

Raising the Octane will allow you to run more boost (more than stock turbos can efficiently provide) or a little more timing. If you aren't tuning it with a Dyno, a wideband 02, EGT's, and a good knock sensor, you are not getting any benefit by adding Toluene to your fuel.

Granted its a Kart on a dyno, but the same principles apply if you do no additional tuning to utilize the added octane.

FYI
In Minnesota, 3 Fuel producers averaged 4.5 - 6.0% Toluene in gasoline. 12th Page of this PDF, Page 6 of the document.
