Message Fuels with >10% alcohol ("Winter" fuels in some states) have been shown to cause degradation of the fuel system over time.

Based on anecdotal accounts (not exactly scientific) people have experienced similiar degradation running >30% Toluene, which is just insane. If you add 1 gallon of toluene to a tankful of gas, you are at less than a 5% mixture.

On average, typical 100AKI Unleaded race fuel contains 25-29% toluene. So one would assume intermittent use of 5-15% toluene mixed with pump gas would not cause excessive problems. (or at least, no moreso than running race fuel) Just keep in mind that most 92 octane pump gas already has around 9% toluene in it.
