I have solid adjustable front tension rods and a set of stocks with ES bushings. the ES bushings feel and react alot like stock rubber. In other words, they are a good replacement for stock and are really not much of a performance enhancement at all. They are also, (thankfully) just as quiet. The solid tension rods are awesome in what they do for steering 9and for being able to adjust caster--I do my own alignments). They are also equally awesome in the amount of road noise, tire noise, bearing noise, chatter, vibration and "clunk over bumps" they add. Especially at slow speeds on any pavement that is not perfect. Especially if you run more than say 28psi in your tires. I currently am driving with the ES since I commute with the car, and use it for 300 mile trips, and need to not feel exhausted after a long drive. _MWS
