| For those who know me know that I never post on here because every time I say something someone has some halfass comment or criticism to make so mostly I just lurk and on occasion I enjoy to read an interesting thread. For all of your information PSR is a very small business, I work out of my house and work on these cars because I love them and I want them to continue to stay on the road and drive as they did when they came off the assembly line. I DO NOT HAVE THIS BUSINESS TO MAKE A LIVING, I DO IT BECAUSE I LOVE IT. Don't get me wrong I do make money doing it but that is not my sole reason for working. I have a very small close knit clientel that I build personal relationships with and I like to keep it that way. I do not try to sell products on the open market, even though I am a dealer for many of the big names. I only sell stuff to my customers. Am I perfect, hell no. I have made mistakes, but you know what when I have messed up I have driven hundreds of miles to that customer's house to make sure that everything was taken care of. How many of the other big names on here would do that. If someone doesn't want to bring their car to me, then so be it. I will not play price war games with anyone. I charge what I charge because that is the amount of effort and support that I provide with my service. I refuse to get into a pissing match with anyone over Joel's car because there is more to that situation then I have time to argue about so don't even bring up that topic. I grew up with the Z I got my first one when I was 15 and amassed a huge amount of knowledge over the years and anybody who know me knows that I am always willing to talk and share my experiences. Am I difficult to get in touch with, yes sometimes because like I said above this is no a primary business for me, but I alway get back to my customers and keep them updated when things are progressing. As for how long projects take, the truth of the matter is that no matter which shop you talk to when doing major buildups there are alway holdups and set backs, so if you are in desperate need of getting your car back then don't get the work done by a shop, do it yourself. I try I really try to help out as many people as possible, but many times a week I have to send people elsewhere because I am just too busy to take on the amount of projects that I am offered. On this not I just want it to be know that you can say whatever you want about PSR, but the people who have used me or who have spoken to me know what I am about and the quality of work and support I provide. If you don't think I am good enough bring your car elsewhere I will not be heartbroken. I wish everyone the best and hope all your Z's run forever. Shawn
