I assume it is just the wiring harness and not the ohm converter for BOSE systems. You will still want to get that converter if you plan to keep the Bose speakers unless you are using a headunit that is not amplified (uses line-level signal rather than amplified signal).
I have seen the harness for about $5 at walmart, and the converter for about $17. When I helped a friend install a stereo in his Maxima w/ Bose he found the same converter on Crutchfield and they were asking $50 for it. Check out [ www.walmart.com ] and see if you can find the harness and converter. I think the company that makes them is called "schoche" or something like that.
