Message	Both OEM and Wiseco have 1mm offset. I don't know about the skirt length though. I think the clatter comes from the coating wearing off. Have you seen Mike Smith's posts about his Wiseco/Polydyne problems? Basically all was quiet until about 100 miles of break in, at which time the skirts were rubbed clean. What did you set you uncoated bore clearances to? My machinist recommends .0028 to .003. This is relatively tight, compared to JE's recommended clearance of 5 thou!
