Message more than 15 degrees. Your base timing was set to 15 degrees which is just a calibration to ensure that what the ECU is telling the timing to be is actually the case. At idle, the ECU fires the plug at 15 degrees, or what it believes is 15 degrees. It is up to the mechanic to ensure that when the engine is at idle that the actual timing on the pulley is 15. In this case, the value in the timing map is in fact reflecting the 'actual' timing the engine is running at. Your power output values are consistent with approximately 30-33 degrees of actual timing advance, or the values specified in the timing map. cant_ze_me(OH) is asking what the actual timing is.
