Message horsepower you will lose to the ground. Zo has a carbon/carbon clutch and flywheel, carbon fiber driveshaft, pulley, etc, etc that will lessen the normal losses. I think they say that the rule of thumb is 12-15% for FWD cars, 15-20% for RWD and 22-25% for AWD. It does vary quite a bit, though. Figure about 18% loss for a 5 speed TT to begin with(stock is rated at 300 hp and on average they will put down around 245 to the wheels). Zo's loss is probably closer to 14-15 percent, perhaps even less because he has made his drivetrain more efficient. Figure he's making anywhere from 725-760 at the motor.
