| There was an additional issue that needs to be set straight. Your last post mentioned: That is not what I said at all. If you are interested in trying to claim your motor under our warranty all you have to do is bring me the Long Block and I will disassemble it(you can be present or I will take pictures like I did for Mike) and if it is determined that our machine shop made a mistake they will fix it for FREE. Pretty easy...like I told you in our conversations The issue here is that at no point during our conversation (which has been ALL e-mail and of which I am sure we both have copies), at no time have you mentioned either 'Warranty' or 'FREE'. By mentioning those words, you give you viewer the impression that you were being helpful in assisting me with the motor issue. That would be a mislead.
No doubt the these words would be what a customer would want to hear after purchasing a motor then discovering a rod knock. No doubt, it would be what the customer would expect. It might be more informative for the forum if we started from day one and gave the WHOLE story instead of just these bits and pieces. That way, we could more accurately reflect our story. B.
