| I dynoed my RX7 in May of 02'. I got 331HP to the wheels and 284TQ. Temp Im guessing was in the 50-60s. This year I dynoed again. The only difference in mods were that I eliminated the AC system so one less pulley to deal with and I upgraded to HRE wheels. This was in January and I ended up putting down 335 to the wheels but with 305 TQ. Temp was in the 30s I would say. For a comparison, my stock RX7 wheels are around 14lbs, whereas the HREs are about 18.5lbs. So I was expecting the numbers to be slightly lower. Didnt think the elimination of the AC pulley would really equate to anything. Do you think that maybe the extra weight in the wheels contributed to the higher torque readings? You could say that yes the temp was cooler, but for the HP to go up 4 and the TQ to go up by 21lbs???? My numbers were consistent the next 2 runs as well. And I dont believe anyone else had problems either.
