Message it limits the amount of sub-frame travel while still using the stock bushing. It is compressed down but it still floats in the rubber....all tha advantages of delrin or the plastic ones.....but with no extra road noise or harshness. They are also adjustable too...so...quite nice and solved all of my traction problems. No wheel hop and the weight transfer is better too :-)
