I think her name was Silvia, she runs the show. They usually want a small deposit of some sort and they can be trusted despite seeming kinda "hole in the wall". It's funny, a SoCal Z guy found this place and while tiny, they ROCK. Just make sure you tell them exactly what you want and what sides (or all sides) that you want polished.
