My friend let me drive his brand new Z06 Vette. This thing is so sweet even though I hate American cars. The sound and the low end torque is just amazing. I wanted to drive it so I can compare it to my car. Like I mentioned before, this car has great low end torque. Its also smooth, handles amazing, braking is phenomenal, very driveable and fun for everyday use and the girls get all wet when they see this car. My Z is dead until it wakes up after 5k so its fun to compare the powerbands of both cars. The Z06 pulls hard at 1500 so to me, its much more fun. My car felt much faster but he would kill me on 1st and 2nd gear maybe even third and I would have to play catch up. I will be filming us racing on the way to Toronto for Darknights. Should be interesting comparing a 118mph car to my setup. If I didn't have a Z, I would really consider the Z06. Bang for the buck, it cant be beat. Did I mention it had lots of low end power :) Gotta love displacement.
