Wow...I really do appreciate the time you spent in breaking all of that down for me. I am new to this forum and to get such knowledge on building up a Z is invaluable. I guess I was partial on my profile and need to edit it. I have several other mods on my car that will help such a large buildup. One of my probs is that the car hasn't run right since I've had it. I will probably heed the advice of almost all the people on this site and stay with the turbos for now. I was just curious as to how much I could expect to get for these turbos. I dynoed a couple of weeks ago and could only get 380hp and 320 tq before I heard a rod go in my engine. Something was limiting the boost to only 1 bar (I think bad o2 sensor) When I pulled the motor, We found several bad boost and vacuum leaks and A ton of blowby on all of the driver side bank of pistons. ( perhaps bad rings?) I have a new JDM longblock on the way with only 35k miles on it. The old motor had 102k miles on it (hard driven i assume) So it should finally be capable of the 550 most people say I can get with this turbo kit. Again thanks for taking the time to break it down for me and it has certainly made me reconsider this buildup. Let's get my car to 550 now so I can feel that first.
