is a very hard and stressful thing to do. It isn't always the fault of the shop that the manufacturer give them a faulty part. I can understand the frustration of being out $800 but to say it is Z1's fault they gave you a bad part isn't fair. To call a customer a moron depends on the situation. If your all upset and call him with a attitude and maybe he was having a bad day that could constitute the MORON part but still I agree that is bad business practice. The customer should 99% of the time be right unless he is a total asshole. Hope they settle things with you in a professional timely manner.
