| Specifically did you call and start screaming? Or you rational? When you called about getting the correct bearing did you account for that fact that it may have already been past 3pm or which when there last pickup is done (remember you are three hours behind them). Russell is pretty stand up guy and usually is pretty good with people but like everyone. There is only so much and stress someone can take before they snap. I am not saying this is what happened but someone I feel that the whole story is not being told. Alot of people think they can just scream, yell, throw a fit, and threaten to post about on tt.net and that they will get there way. I am not saying this maybe your case this explanation does seem one sided.
