Message o end up hearing the "it'll be sent to you next week" story week after week from their suppliers too. For example, I was going to buy a Yoshimura titanium exhaust for a friend in Japan, and the shop that I was buying it from kept hearing delay after delay from Yoshimura. Not only did I look bad to my friend because of the delay, but the shop that I was buying from looked bad as well. So, I was a little irked about the shop, but really, they were just as irked about Yoshimura. I just wished that Yoshimura had been more forthright about the delivery timeframe. To take it even one step further though, the reason they claimed it was taking so long was they had run out of titanium and they were waiting for THEIR supplier to get titanium to them... lol.

Anyways, I'm just saying that it may be worth the time to check out a reliable source (Mackin) to see if the explanations pan out before wasting time and money on going to court. Maybe DSP is getting a raw deal from their supplier as well.

Here's a pic of the Phoenix for ya. :)
