Message	They sent some stuff to my old address instead of my new one so I didn't get it right away. When I called them they overnighted my stuff (just filters and other maintenance items) and about $30 OF EXTRAS to make up for the mistake. My order was only like $60 and they spent that on the shipping and extra stuff just to keep me happy.
