Who not only charged me double the price for an oil product but sent me what they thought I should have instead of what I ordered. Luckily; with the help of a tt.net member, I confirmed that they did indeed send me the wrong product & provided me with the link to "myoilshop" whom not only had the product for 1/2 the Stillen price but gave me a 10% disc. THe Stillen sales & customer service rep offered a slight resistance on accepting the return of the product vias offering an exchange to which I politely refused and requested the return no# & full credit. Having been charged double & told what I needed over what I wanted really wanted exemplifies the way in which they are conducting their business. This, I construe, as an unethical business practice which has cost any and all of my future purchases. Not to mention my filling in the Stillen name on the front facia when the car is repainted.
