1. I found their price on internet. 2. I called & the price quoted > price on internet. 3. I mention internet price and he explains I can order cheaper on net. Fine, thank you. 4. I mention being a Z-Club member, and ask for my discount. 5. He says everyone get's the same discount anyway. 6. I leave with an "ok, that was a lame" feeling. 7. I share about it on TT.Net to inform others of the experience looking for feedback, advice, shared experience, etc, which I got from most of you, thanks.What "facts" am I missing? This was the first time I've tried ordering parts from them or ANY vendor for my car, so I go on what I know. ...and btw.. No I wasn't overly rude, loud, or too out of line with the gentleman. I simply and calmly told him I thought that was lame... Forgive me but I speak my mind, and when I run across a business experience like this, I don't whine to them, I don't ask for a manager, I don't waste any more of my time. I simply don't continue to do busness with them.
