Message	If they don't have it in stock, they order it for me(no shipping charges). All you have to do is go in and be friendly with the parts guy(s) a few times and ask if they will give you the "jobber rate" on your parts. Even the parts department manager gives me the jobber rate now, all the guys know me by name and I don't even have to ask for the dicount anymore. Even if I don't need anything for my car, I stop in every once in a while and just shoot the shit with them and let them know my car is running good. A little friendlyness goes a long way!
