I need motor mounts, so I got on the web Coutesy Nissan Parts page and found them for $80.81. I called them up and he quoted me a price way over $100 a piece. I said "well, they are only $80.81 on the website, what gives??" He's like, "oh, well you have to let me know...". I said "Know WHAT?... I have you let YOU know that YOU have a website where I can order YOUR parts for cheaper prices??" They guy started getting mad at this point. Then I said "well ok, I'm a Z club of Houston member and told them with the Z club I'm supposed to get an additional 25% off.". He says that the $80.81 IS with the 25% off. HUH??? I said "but can't just anyone get on the website and order stuff??". "yes.". Then I'm like "man that's pretty LAME isn't it??!!". He's like excuse me? "I find that REALLY LAME!!!" I said. I can tell he's really getting heated now. He puts me on hold for like 3 minutes, probably to go the the bathroom & hollar at the top of his lungs. He's comes back & says that he'll let me order over the phone for the website price. I told him "nah that's ok, I'll just order them off the website." & hung up! Does anyone else find this as lame as I do??
