I recently bought outer tie rods. List on them is $47 and change. Coz is cheaper at 25%, but would have cost me what? $5 to ship? I paid about $4 in tax, so it evened out, and Courtesy had the item in stock. No muss, no fuss. Don't get me wrong. Coz has OUTSTANDING service (I have bought from him), and I would probably go to him more if I didn't live so close to Courtesy. It is simply easier to walk in and talk to Butch or one of the other guys and know I am getting a decent price. Also, its easy to go back over there if there is a screw up on a part. No shipping back and forth, etc.
