that one is just gonna have to suck. If you haven't started tearing away at the other three, grab a friend, a sledgehammer and a socket as big as the subframe bushing ,(but a tad smaller than the part of the subframe it goes into. Be brave , be accurate and those three will pop right out. Do not, however, hammer out the one that you have disfigured. you will most likely bend your subframe, there is prolly no rigidity left in that one:)
