Message	regional office. Eventually i was passed to the underwriter for my area. Sharon, a nice lady, told me that it is based on statistics and age, and the rating on the vehicle makes it required by KY that it be listed as my primary. Until i am TWENTY NINE years old. THEN i can change it to a secondary. I told her about getting quoted something and getting charged double and she understood why i would be upset but said that it can't be changed. I ask many questions and she answered the best she could, but it all came back to statistics and age and rating of vehicle, and it could not be changed. Time to find a new company.
